Poems part two

One often wonders: how shall I begin the day?
The beginning and the end have the same origin.
Be yourself , totally attentive to what you are doing.

What is to be oneself ?
It is to be without contrivances.
When walking, simply think  walking  and nothing else.
How to think walking?.
By going from sensation to sensation.

The world, people say, is heading for disaster.
But the only catastrophy I know of, is an agitated mind.

By running after one’s health
One forgets to appreciate illness.
